HITTING LESSONS

Hitting Lessons at The Hit Lab include an in-depth breakdown of your swing and swing mechanics. In addition to coaching, we use tools and technology such as HitTrax to measure post-contact metrics. We have access to Blast Sensors and 4D Motion which measure pre-contact movements. You will be taught by highly qualified instructors that have dedicated themselves to the study of hitting well beyond their playing careers.
