I started my competitive level of playing baseball when I was with Twitty City and Hit after Hit. I was on the team that finished as runner ups to East Cobb Astros during my 18U season at the CABA World Series. I played high school baseball at John Overton and then received a scholarship to play at Columbia State Community College. I later transferred to the University of Alabama at Birmingham, but an arm injury ended my playing career. I began coaching in 2008 where I was the head coach of John Overton's feeder program. I later became an assistant coach at CPA under Larry Nesbit. Most recently I was the Director of Player Development at Rbi Baseball. During my last 5 years as a coach, I have had the pleasure of coaching over 20 players that received a college scholarship or were drafted into professional baseball.
